70.075 Duty of sheriff to attend clerk's office. It shall be the duty of the sheriff, or of one (1) of his deputies, to attend at the clerk's <br>office daily -- Sundays excepted -- to receive any process that may be issued, and the <br>clerk shall deliver to him any process remaining in his office.
