69.130 Counties containing a consolidated local government or a city of the first class to provide automobile for Commonwealth's attorney. In any county containing a consolidated local government or city of the first class, the <br>consolidated local government or fiscal court shall provide an automobile for the use of <br>the Commonwealth's attorney to assist him or her in his or her official duties, to be paid <br>for out of the levy of the consolidated local government or county. The necessary <br>expenses incurred in running, keeping, and repairing the automobile for official work <br>shall be paid out of the levy of the consolidated local government or county upon <br>requisition for such expenses by the Commonwealth's attorney.
