69.057 Expenses of Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney when acting as special prosecutor.

claims upon being approved by the Attorney General, shall be submitted to the Finance
and Administration Cabinet for preparation of warrants and payments from the State
Treasury. Effective: January 11, 1978
