The <br>commission may authorize two (2) or more districts to combine, upon request of the <br>committees of the affected districts. There shall be only one (1) emergency planning <br>committee within a district. Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 226, sec. 66, effective July 15, 1998.
