CHAPTER 35 MILITARY JUSTICE
35.095 Jurisdiction of summary courts-martial.
Download pdftrial may be ordered by special or general court-martial as is appropriate. (3) A summary court-martial shall have the power to impose the following punishments:
(a) Confinement not exceeding twenty-five (25) days for a single offense;
(b) Fines or forfeitures of pay and allowances not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) for a single offense; (c) Reduction of enlisted personnel in the pay grade of E-4 and below to the lowest enlisted grade; or (d) A combination of these punishments. Effective: July 15, 1986
