Rule 101 Scope These rules govern proceedings in the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, to the extent and with the exceptions stated in KRE 1101. The rules should be cited as "KRE," followed by the rule number to which the citation relates. Effective: July 1, 1992 History: Enacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 88, sec. 1; renumbered (7/1/92) pursuant to 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 324, sec. 34.
