529.050 Promoting prostitution in the third degree. (1) A person is guilty of promoting prostitution in the third degree when he knowingly advances or profits from prostitution. (2) Promoting prostitution in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 254, effective January 1, 1975.
