2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .710   Purchaser of personal property entitled to it.

426.710 Purchaser of personal property entitled to it. The purchaser of personal property sold under an order of court shall be entitled to it, upon complying with the terms of sale. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 698.
