422.135 Determination by a federal agency is prima facie evidence of occurrence of death. A determination of death made by a federal agency or military service of the United States government pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, Chapter 55, subchapter VII; Title 37, United States Code, Chapter 10, or other applicable federal law shall be prima facie evidence that the death actually occurred with respect to any proceeding in any court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or with respect to any action of an agency of government in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
