367.160 Cooperation of state agencies -- Access to material evidence and information by utility and health insurance intervenors. (1) All departments, agencies, officers, and employees of the Commonwealth shall fully cooperate with the Attorney General in carrying out the functions of KRS 367.120 to 367.300. (2) The persons designated by the Attorney General as utility consumer intervenors shall have the same access to material evidence and information of the Public Service Commission relating to any case before it as other parties to the case. (3) The persons designated by the Attorney General as health insurance consumer intervenors shall have the same access to material evidence and information of the executive director of the Office of Insurance relating to any health insurance rate hearings before it as other parties to the hearing. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch.
