2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .990   Penalties.  (Effective until October 1, 2006)

366.990 Penalties. (Effective until October 1, 2006) Any person who directly or through another violates or attempts to violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both. Each transaction in violation of this chapter and each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense. History: Repealed 2006 Ky.
