366.030 Exemption of certain businesses. (Effective until October 1, 2006) No license to sell checks as aforesaid shall be required hereunder of any of the following: (1)  Banks, trust companies, building and loan associations, savings and loan associations, and credit unions organized under the laws of this state or authorized to do business in this state. (2)  Incorporated telegraph companies insofar as they receive money at any of their respective offices or agencies for immediate transmission by telegraph.
