366.020 License required for business of selling checks. (Effective until October 1, 2006) No person, except those specified in KRS 366.030, shall engage in the business of selling checks, as a service or for a fee or other consideration, without having first obtained a license hereunder. Any person engaged in said business on June 16, 1966, may continue to engage therein without a license until the commissioner shall have acted upon his application for a license, provided that such application be filed within sixty (60) days after June 16, 1966.
