363.690 Powers of city sealer and deputies -- Concurrent powers of director. (1) The sealer of a city, and his deputy sealers when acting under his instructions and at his direction, shall have the same powers and shall perform the same duties within the city for which appointed as are granted to and imposed upon the director by KRS 363.610 to 363.660, and KRS 363.810. (2) In cities for which sealers of weights and measures have been appointed as provided for in KRS 363.680, the director shall have concurrent authority to enforce the provisions of KRS 363.510 to 363.850.
