339.370 Age certificate as evidence of age in other proceedings. A certificate of age duly issued shall be conclusive evidence of the age of the minor for whom issued in any proceeding involving the employment of the minor under the child labor or workers' compensation law or any other labor law of the state, as to any act occurring subsequent to its issuance.
