2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .030   Auctioneers license required.

330.030 Auctioneers license required. On and after July 1, 1962, it shall be unlawful for any person to act as an auctioneer or apprentice auctioneer, or to advertise or to assume to act as either within the Commonwealth without a license issued by the Board of Auctioneers. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 251, sec. 3.
