322.015 Effect of changes on existing registered engineers and registered land surveyors. On January 1, 1999, all registered engineers and registered land surveyors shall be deemed licensed by the board until their registration expires. First-time licensure of these registrants shall be processed as a license renewal under KRS 322.160. Effective: January 1, 1999 History: Created 1998 Ky.
