316.210 Powers and duties of board. (1) The board shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and may promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A to carry out and enforce the provisions of this chapter. (2) The board shall keep records and minutes necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (3) The board may administer oaths and may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents. (4) The board may seek injunctive relief in Franklin Circuit Court to restrain or enjoin a violation of this chapter. (5) The board may employ persons as necessary to carry out the requirements of this chapter. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
