313.530 Operation without registration prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association, corporation, or combination thereof to offer or undertake in any manner to operate a commercial dental laboratory or act as dental laboratory technicians, whether within or outside the office of a licensed dentist, or to do or perform any of the acts described in this chapter in this state without having first registered with the board, and having received a certificate of authority therefrom, as provided in KRS 313.510 to 313.540.
