313.470 Disposition of fees. All fees imposed and collected under the provisions of KRS 313.400 to 313.470 and subsection (5) of KRS 313.990, shall be disposed of in the same manner as is provided in KRS 313.350 for fees imposed and collected under the provisions of KRS 313.260 to 313.340.
