313.400 Specialties listed. (1) The following branches of dentistry are hereby recognized as suitable fields for the licensing and certification of dental specialists, and are known as "specialties": (a)  Oral surgery, (b)  Orthodontia, (c)  Pedodontia, (d)  Periodontia, (e)  Prosthodontia, (f)  Oral pathology, (g)  Public health, (h)  Any other field of specialty duly recognized and approved by the American Dental Association. (2) As used in KRS 313.140, 313.400 to 313.470, unless the context requires otherwise, "board" means the Kentucky Board of Dentistry. History: Amended 1964 Ky.
