313.290 Eligibility for examination for license to practice dental hygiene. Any person of good moral character over eighteen (18) years of age who is a graduate of an accredited high school or the equivalent, has successfully completed a training program in a school of dental hygiene that is accredited by the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association and approved by the board and has fulfilled the requirements of KRS 214.615(1), shall be eligible to take the examination for the practice of dental hygiene.
