2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .259   Injunctive relief against unauthorized practice.

313.259 Injunctive relief against unauthorized practice. (1) The board may maintain an action to enjoin the practice of or attempt to practice dental hygiene without a license in violation of KRS 313.310. (2) In case of a violation of any injunction granted under this section, the court may use its inherent powers for adequate relief. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky.
