313.230 Dentist to display license and certificate. Any person who practices dentistry shall display his license and certificate of registration, together with the annual license renewal certificate, in a conspicuous place in the office in which he practices. If there are more dentists than one (1) practicing or employed in any dental office, the proprietor of the office shall post and display in the same manner the name, license and registration certificate of every such dentist. Whenever requested by a member or authorized agent of the board, a dentist shall exhibit his license. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
