313.210 Officers of board -- Meetings -- Quorum -- Record books. (1) The board shall choose a president and secretary-treasurer from its members at a meeting on the first Tuesday in June of each year. (2) If the board considers it necessary, it may meet more often than annually at whatever places it considers necessary, for the examination of applicants to practice dentistry, and for the transaction of any other business. (3) A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. (4) The board shall keep a record book in which shall be registered the name, address and license number of every person entitled to practice dentistry in this state.
