313.085 Temporary retirement from practice -- Reinstatement. Any licensed dentist who desires temporarily to retire from practice and who has given the board notice in writing to that effect, shall be granted such a retirement. Such a license shall be reinstated upon a request and after payment of accumulated renewal fees and cost of reinstatement. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 12, sec. 7.
