2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .235   Uniformity of interpretation.

311.235 Uniformity of interpretation. (1) KRS 311.165 to 311.235 shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it. (2) KRS 311.165 to 311.235 may be cited as the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 68, secs. 8 and 9, effective June 18, 1970.
