304.50-150 Unfair business practices prohibited -- Responses to inquiries from executive director within 15 days. (1) A person shall not: (a)  Make any deceptive statement or omit material facts in connection with solicitation for membership in a workers' compensation self-insured group; or (b)  Guarantee the payment of dividends or use statements or words in, or in connection with, any coverage which imply that the payment of dividends is guaranteed to occur. (2) A workers' compensation self-insured group shall not engage in unfair business practices as defined by KRS Chapter 342, and shall: (a)  Respond to an inquiry from the executive director on matters other than workers' compensation claims within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of such inquiry; and (b)  Respond to an inquiry from the executive director of the Office of Workers' Claims on matters concerning workers' compensation claims within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of such inquiry. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch.
