304.40-130 Exemption from liability when acting in good faith. There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the association, the executive director or his authorized representatives or any other person or organization, for any statements or actions made in good faith by them during any proceedings or concerning any matters within the scope of KRS 304.40-030 to 304.40-140. Effective: June 19, 1976 History:Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 164, sec. 13, effective June 19, 1976. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
