304.20-090 Workers' compensation insurers to provide proof of coverage to executive director of Office of Workers' Claims. Any insurer providing workers' compensation insurance coverage for a Kentucky location shall provide proof of coverage to the executive director of the Office of Workers' Claims in the Department of Labor in accordance with the requirements of the chapter.
