304.12-200 Insurer name -- Deceptive use prohibited. No person who is not an insurer shall assume or use any name which deceptively infers or suggests that it is an insurer. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 12, sec. 20, effective June 18, 1970.
