2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .2526   Evidentiary effect of filed document.

273.2526 Evidentiary effect of filed document. A certificate attached to a copy of the document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing his signature, which may be in facsimile, and the seal of this state, shall be conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State. Effective: January 1, 1989 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 216, effective January 1, 1989.
