251.420 Duties of board. The board shall: (1) Have general supervision of the administration of the provisions of KRS 251.410 to 251.510; (2) Make and promulgate such regulations as are necessary or desirable to effectuate the purpose of KRS 251.410 to 251.510; (3) Prepare and have printed under the same conditions as other state printing the necessary blanks, forms, and other printed matters that will be needed under KRS 251.410 to 251.510.
