244.210 Nonbeverage alcohol not to be sold for beverage purposes. No person shall knowingly sell any alcoholic product intended for nonbeverage purposes under KRS 243.320 or 243.330, under circumstances from which he might reasonably deduce the intention of the purchaser to use it for beverage purposes.
