241.990 Penalties. Any person who after an opportunity to be heard is found by the executive director to have violated any of the provisions of KRS 241.100, or acted as county administrator in violation of subsection (1) of KRS 241.120, or acted as city administrator or a city employee in violation of subsection (3) of KRS 241.170, or acted as an urban-county administrator in violation of KRS 241.230, shall automatically vacate his office or position, and upon conviction by a court, he shall be guilty of a Class D felony. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
