241.160 Cities of first four classes and consolidated local governments to have city administrators. The legislative body of any city of the first, second, third, or fourth class or a consolidated local government in which traffic in alcoholic beverages is not forbidden by KRS Chapter 242 shall by ordinance create the office of city alcoholic beverage control administrator, or shall assign the duties of this office to a presently established city office.
