241.100 Disqualification of board members and employees of office. (1) No member of the board or member of his immediate family or employee of the office shall have any interest in any premises or business where alcoholic beverages are manufactured, stored or sold. Nor shall he receive any commission or profit from any person applying for or receiving any license or permit. (2) No person shall be disqualified under this section solely by reason of his membership in a club. (3) If a member of the board is disqualified or fails to give bond and take the oath of office, the Governor shall fill the vacancy by appointment for the period during which that member of the board remains disqualified or fails to qualify. Stat. sec. 2554b-106. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
