236.260 Access to premises. The executive director, the chief boiler inspector or any deputy inspector shall have free access, during reasonable hours, to any premises in the state where a boiler or pressure vessel is being constructed, installed or repaired for the purpose of ascertaining whether the work being performed is in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 236 or any orders or regulations made thereunder. Effective: July 15, 1980 History:Amended 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 207, sec. 20, effective July 15, 1980. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 209, sec. 7. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
