236.150 Appeal to executive director -- Judicial review. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order or act of a boiler and pressure vessel inspector, under this chapter, may, within fifteen (15) days of notice thereof, appeal from the order or act to the executive director who shall schedule and conduct an administrative hearing in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. (2) Any person aggrieved by a final order of the executive director may file a petition in the Franklin Circuit Court for judicial review in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Acts chs. 11, 85, 95, 97, 98, 99, 123, and 181 instruct the Reviser of Statutes to correct statutory references to agencies and officers whose names have been changed in 2005 legislation confirming the reorganization of the executive branch. Such a correction has been made in this section.
