218A.1403 Advertising controlled substance -- Penalties. (1) No person shall advertise through any media other than a professional or trade publication any controlled substance by either its "trade name" or by its generic or formulary name. (2) Any person who violates subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class A misdemeanor for each subsequent offense.
