218A.1402 Criminal conspiracy to traffic in controlled substance -- Penalties. Any person who commits a criminal conspiracy as defined in KRS 506.040 to traffic in a controlled substance or a controlled substance analogue shall be subject to the same penalties for trafficking in that controlled substance or a controlled substance analogue as specified in this chapter.
