199.892 Declaration of legislative intent. In enacting legislation relating to the regulation of day-care centers, it is the intention of the General Assembly to enable the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to qualify to receive federal funds under provisions of the Federal Social Security Act and to provide for effective regulation of day-care centers.
