199.493 Prohibition against payment of attorney's fees of biological parent without court approval -- Penalty. (1) No adoptive parent, proposed adoptive parent, agency, or intermediary shall pay the attorney's fees of a biological parent for any purpose related to an adoption action except as approved by the court.
