2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .472   Adoption of children regulated.

199.472 Adoption of children regulated. (1) The cabinet shall establish criteria to be followed for the adoption of children and promulgate this criteria by administrative regulations. (2) The cabinet shall file the regulations as provided for in KRS Chapter 13A with the Legislative Research Commission. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 231, sec. 3.
