199.013 "State building" defined. As used in KRS 199.013 to 199.019, unless the context otherwise requires, "state building" means any structure that houses government offices of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The term does not include government offices of counties, municipalities, special districts, public corporations, public instrumentalities, or the Court of Justice.
