189A.300 Provision of alcohol test instruments to counties. The Commonwealth shall provide at least one (1) breath alcohol analysis and simulating unit for each county, paid for by state funds received pursuant to the service fee levied in KRS 189A.050. All units shall be approved by the secretary of the Justice Cabinet or his designee. Effective: July 1, 1991 History: Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
