2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .100   Deposit of library funds.

173.100 Deposit of library funds. All money due the board shall be deposited in a bank, in the city, selected by the board, and funds shall be withdrawn from the bank only on order of the board by check of its treasurer countersigned by its president.
