168.090 Compensation and expenses of members. (1) Members of the authority who are otherwise compensated by the Commonwealth on a full-time basis shall receive no additional compensation as members of the authority, or for attendance at meetings. Members who are not otherwise compensated by the Commonwealth on a full-time basis shall receive a per diem of fifty dollars ($50) for attendance at each meeting, including reasonable travel time necessarily required. (2) All members may be reimbursed for actual travel and other proper expenses according to reasonable rules and regulations of the authority. The scope of travel shall not be limited to the confines of the Commonwealth; but may extend to any place outside the Commonwealth if specifically authorized by the authority by motion, resolution, or directive reciting the occasion, necessity, and persons authorized to travel.
