153.398 Kentucky bicentennial celebration trust fund. Any funds appropriated by the General Assembly and any other revenue otherwise made available to the Kentucky Bicentennial Commission for the bicentennial celebration, to cover personnel costs and operating expenses incurred and to provide grants for bicentennial projects approved by the commission, shall be placed in the Kentucky bicentennial celebration trust fund.
