2006 Kentucky Revised Statutes - .386   Definition.

153.386 Definition. As used in KRS 153.388 to 153.396, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, "commission" means the Kentucky Bicentennial Commission. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 45, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1986.
